Something we hear every now and then is that there is a lot to take in when looking at the Thracia LARP system. DON’T PANIC! There are really only a few skills and spells a player needs to know to play the game. Most of the skills and abilities in this system do not, in fact, need to be known to everyone in order to play the game.
As ever though, a ref will always be on hand to help you - as will more long-time players! - and the rules are fairly simple and easy to understand. There’s nothing in this system that will confuse you - it just takes a little reading and some patience.

In fact, you only really need to learn the skills that interest you, so take your time, and read what sounds interesting - you can always adapt, or change your character later, so don’t feel like you have to learn everything!
